Joy As Sustenance

It was so good to paint for no reason today. So much fun. I need to remember this. Sometimes it’s like this, and sometimes I’m too in my head or being hypercritical of every move I make in the studio. Listening to deep house helped. Today’s practice has fed my soul, and let me flow, and I realize that this is what will sustain me in art life and art work.
